What do you make of this? The file at the end is very clearly targeting a Drek congregation.________________________
Members of The Intelligence Congressional Committee,
The Federation's Space Exploration Administration has uncovered some astounding data, more than we really have the ability to present to the public.
We have been tracking groups of "Patternistic phenomena" in the magnetospheres of the gas giants. Most notable are the readings from Jupiter, which have astoundingly well organized collections of Electromagnetic energy. Expressions of the archetypal patterns we've seen are profoundly orderly, in both frequency and amplitude. I've enclosed an audible rendering of our readings to demonstrate our point.
Keep in mind, the EM around Jupiter rivals that of the one produced by the Shell. The waves and currents these things inhabit have analogues on our own planets, as well.
The SEA has become quite focused on these readings, and has specialized to the point where the resources allocated to us are not being fairly distributed. I believe at this point, the study has outgrown its place in the SEA.
I am suggesting a creation of a seperate division to investigate the Patternistic Phenomena of the Titans. I believe it is time to view these planets as diverse biomes, and study the patterns as if they are life forms. Depending on the level of intelligence, linguistic analysis may also be explored. It may seem outlandish, but this is the concensus of I and my colleagues century of combined experience.
I urge you to the consider proposition, and I would be eager to make a stronger case in a congressional hearing.
I, my colleagues, and the entire bright-eyed population of onlookers to our work, would be excited to take a leap back into the search for Extraterrestiral life, which may be much closer than we thought.
Zacharia Frasier
Administrator of the SEA
